We are seeking a Business Analyst with Project Coordination and ERP experience to support business process improvements, ERP initiatives, and cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful ERP implementations and enhancements.

• Atleast 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience with project coordination or PMO activities.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience with UAT, testing, defect management, and implementation support.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools.
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
