We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a growing Digital Applications organization. This individual will play a key role in driving Agile maturity, improving delivery processes, and helping scale a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem that supports customer-facing and internal business applications. • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Drive Agile best practices and establish delivery discipline across teams.
• Partner closely with technology leadership to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate efforts across internal development teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and help ensure alignment around business goals and delivery objectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Support onboarding and coordination of vendor and contract resources.
• Assist in defining scalable delivery frameworks and team structures as the organization grows.

• 7+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience.
• Strong background leading Agile software development teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven ability to improve delivery processes and team performance.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and Smart Sheets.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Personable, team player, flexible, and open to ambiguity.

• Experience supporting digital product, application development, or e-commerce teams.
• Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, loyalty, or customer-facing digital environments.
• Experience driving Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus but not required.

Hybrid schedule with approximately three days per week onsite in the Chicago area.
