Wage: $23.45 per hour, Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:00 am.

• Delegate workload of janitorial staff members.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure work is completed in accordance with customer contracts.
• Answer calls from security or mall management for emergency cleaning.
• Ensure janitor closets are cleaned and stocked.
• Oversee table, chair, stage, and retail merchandising unit set‑ups as required.
• Inform maintenance department and supervisor of any maintenance deficiencies.
• Conduct safety training; coach and mentor janitorial team members.
• Perform payroll duties, as needed.
• Make productivity recommendations to leadership staff.
• Participate in selection and placement of janitorial team members.
• Provide team feedback and guidance for improvement.
• On occasion, may be required to perform janitorial duties to supplement staff.

• Must possess one or more of the following:
• Minimum of two (2) years of janitorial work experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Minimum of six (6) months of janitorial work experience employed by Allied Universal Janitorial Services, Millard Group, or another Allied Universal business.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage stressful situations.
• Mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy; coaching and mentoring skills.
• Write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑initiate work; proactive.
• Strong organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Active listening.
• Assess and evaluate situations effectively.
• Identify critical issues quickly and accurately.

• Prior supervisory experience in the janitorial or housekeeping industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Vacation time offered: 1 year – 40 hrs, 2 years – 80 hrs, 10 years – 120 hrs, 25 years – 160 hrs (unused vacation is paid out only where required by law).
