$175,000–$190,000 + Bonus
Our client, a leader in the travel and tourism industry, is seeking a Senior Director to lead U.S. Accounting & Finance.
The Senior Director will manage a 9-person accounting team, leading all financial reporting, audit, tax, forecasting, and operational accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes
- Oversee audit and tax filings, serving as primary liaison to external advisors
- Manage revenue, cost of sales, commissions, accruals, and balance sheet integrity
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
- Mentor and develop accounting leadership
- CPA required with Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting experience
- 7–10+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills
