- Be the on-site office manager for Green Grass Landscape, working with the branch manager allowing branch manager to focus on sales and operations.
- Full ownership of all aspects of payroll process for Green Grass.
- Assist in managing relationships with branch customers, coordinating between account managers and clients including managing AR and applying payments, providing credits, or maintaining customer accounts in our system
- Assist with snow operations; timesheet entry, hour verification and assisting snow operations as directed.
- Be the on-site HR resource for Green Grass branch.
- Provide support for Green Grass production employees.
- Answer incoming phone calls and qualify prospects.
- Work closely with centralized finance to meet the needs of the Green Grass branch.
- Become familiar with invoicing and accounts receivable processes to address customer issues related to invoicing and payment.
- Grow knowledge of Aspire software to improve utilization, increase efficiency, and support branch and account manager(s) in their responsibilities.
