Shipping & Receiving Coordinator , 1st Shift

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm.

• Receive, count, verify, and ensure accuracy of received goods and materials, such as metal bar stock, raw steel, flat stock, and components.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, orders, and invoices, and compare information with bills of lading and other records.
• Route incoming items within the company as directed.
• Pick and stock product orders and accurately perform ERP system transactions.
• Perform cycle counts on a daily basis and maintain parts protection/material handling tasks.
• Determine method of shipment, utilize shipping procedures, and prepare materials for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and completing required shipping forms.
• Pick and issue raw material and perform other related duties as assigned.

• U.S. person designation required (citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise qualified per U.S. export control laws).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or specialization.
• Strong PC skills and experience using ERP or WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and operation of material handling equipment (trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, overhead crane) to move material.
• Experience in Fed Ex, UPS, DHL parcel shipping is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Fast learner able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to continuously lift or move up to 35–50lb.

Hourly wage based on experience: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
