What we build

Rexnord Aerospace provides high‑performance spherical/cylindrical bearings, mechanical seals, gears, and electrical components to commercial air transport. Our hardware is specified into engine systems, flight controls, landing gear, and primary structures for major engine/airframe OEMs, tier suppliers, and operators worldwide.

Can you...Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (and occasionally a resistance spot welder) to tight tolerances?

Read process sheets, blueprints, and setup documentation—and turn them into perfect parts?

Load programs, make minor edits, and adjust tool and work offsets as conditions change?

Use hand tools/manual machines when needed and calibrate/verify preset gauges?

Troubleshoot basic issues, maintain quality records, and enter production data in an ERP?

Inspect your work—and at times your teammates’—against company standards?

Rotate between work centers, run multiple machines, and help train newer machinists?

Lift up to 50 lbs, frequently handle parts up to 25 lbs, and stand for the full shift?

What you’ll need

Experience with at least two of: CNC lathe, CNC mill, resistance spot welder; intermediate setup skill

High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of CNC machining experience

Knowledge of CNC methods, blueprint reading in English, and solid basic math External candidates must pass a Machinist test (mechanical aptitude)
