SalaryBase rate per hour: $21.00
Shift3rd shift, generally starts as early as 9:45 PM and continues until finish. Overtime and weekend work as needed.
HoursStaggered start times and hours may vary depending on coverage and the production schedule, especially during holidays. Good attendance and punctuality required.
Job Duties Moulder- Operate, set up, and adjust the Moulder.
- Observe proper moulding of dough to produce quality product.
- Lifting and reaching up to 15 lbs for pans of dough and 10 lbs for filling flour sifter.
- Keep conveyors scraped and clear of jams.
- Follow HACCP/CTS/GMP/JSA standards.
- Assist other Line 3 positions upon request.
- Place pans weighing approximately 6 ½ lbs on feed conveyor.
- Remove pans from conveyor during downtime and at end of shift.
- Stack pans on pan trucks and move pan trucks weighing up to 1 500 lbs, approximately 30 ft. at shift start and end.
- Assist other Line 3 positions upon request.
- May be assigned to any of the following roles:
Makeup Helper, Break Lunch Relief, Moulder Operator, Divider Operator, Oven Operator, Lidder, Pan Operator/Pan Area, Slicer/Feeder, Bagger, Caser, Packaging Helper. - Racks products, monitors bags, checks quality of product and packaging materials.
- Manual dexterity, bending and lifting required.
- Stand in one position for prolonged periods.
- Move pan trucks up to 1 500 lbs.
- Maintain product weights at the divider.
- Set up ovens and provers per product centerlining and CTS.
- Operate bagger and kwik‑lok machines, case product into baskets or cases while keeping up with line speed.
- Monitor bags, code for clarity and correctness, and check for proper wrap and bagging.
- Understand code board and feed product into slicer or bagger flites.
- Rack and unrack bread as needed.
- Assist other positions upon request.
- Decision Making
:
Strong decision-making and communication skills. Utilize good judgment and resolve issues promptly with supervision. Fill out communication boards daily. - Food Safety Awareness
:
Understanding and adherence to HACCP, CTS, SOP, Safety, GMP, and JSA procedures. Focus on contamination prevention, allergen control, and lot code traceability. - Formula Control
:
Ensure label management and compliance with exact formula specifications. - Maintain a “5S” clean workspace, housekeeping, and organization.
Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements- Stand for extended periods.
- Use hands, fingers, and arms to reach, feel product, and manipulate materials and equipment.
- Walk, stoop, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using senses.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and push or pull heavy loads on wheeled dollies.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes, airborne particles, hot or cold temperature extremes, high industrial noise levels, forklift traffic, and wet environments.
Must use prescribed safety equipment: safety eyeglasses, safety shields, gloves, earplugs, respirators, and approved footwear.
Ability to handle a changing work environment and high-pressure situations. Must work well in a team.
Additional Information- May require overtime as necessary.
- 90‑day evaluation period for performance assessment.
- Must remain on the job for one year.
- Individual base pay may vary by location and factors such as experience and training. Total compensation may include additional benefits.
