We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our precision molding team. In this role, you will produce and inspect small, high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in detail-focused production settings.

• Operate molding machines to produce high‑precision components
• Trim and de‑gate parts using fine hand tools
• Inspect parts using magnification tools and microscopes
• Identify and report defects or irregularities
• Package finished components to specification
• Complete basic production and quality documentation

• Experience with small parts assembly
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to maintain consistent production pace and quality standards
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks
• Basic math skills
• Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Fine motor skills

1st Shift - $17.00/hr. – 7:40 am to 4:10 pm

2nd Shift - $20.00/hr. – 4:00 pm to 12:30
