Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform grinding operations such as O/D, I/D, boring, and facing on precision components;
Follow quality and safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area;
Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts; enter data into ERP system;
Efficiently set up, adjust and operate multiple grinding machines (CNC and manual) including , OD, centerless and face grinding;
Inspect own work for correct dimensions using gauges and measuring devices; verify preset gauges for calibration as required
