Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer to program multi‑axis CNC equipment for aerospace parts with close tolerances. You will optimize tooling, lead troubleshooting on the shop floor, and drive Kaizen improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong CAD/CAM/M code skills across major controllers. Eligibility for NADCAP work is expected.
