Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Unit 30

A 32‑bed Cardiac Unit specializes in complex heart conditions, including acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, arrhythmias, post‑cardiac catheterization care, and post‑cardiac surgery recovery. Nurses provide continuous cardiac monitoring with patient ratios of 4–5, collaborating closely with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care and an exceptional patient experience.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassionate communication, and leadership to create the safest patient environment and enhance the overall patient experience across the continuum of care.
