Advocate Health Care - 3815 Highland Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation.;
Measures and documents blood pressures, temperatures, pulse, respiration, intake/output, daily weights, and other patient data in EMR.;
Communicates observations and patient needs to RN.;
Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes under supervision of RN.;
Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated.
