We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN) for aHome Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Pinckneyville & Du Quoin areas. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

What You’ll Do:Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for
Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
