Registered Nurse
Location:LOH Main - Naperville
Responsibilities:- Assess patient conditions, develop and administer care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
- Welcome patients, promote a safe environment, and supervise direct care staff.
- Coordinate with departments for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring thorough communication.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Contribute to nursing department goals, participate in quality improvement, and assist in staff selection and training.
- Attend training, serve as a resource, and educate community groups about mental health.
- Supervise patient care within budget constraints, managing staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
- Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and familiarity with therapeutic systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and possess a nursing degree.
Excellent communication, teamwork, clinical assessment, and patient advocacy.
