We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 annually, along with benefits that support your professional development and well-being.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in culinary arts and kitchen management
