As a key member of the Oberweis Team You Will:

• Lead by example with your own creative and innovative management style

• Responsible for operating both co-branded concepts within 1 physical location.
• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
• Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores
• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
• Health, dental and eye insurance and prescriptions after 30 days of employment. Life insurance paid by company.
