Support all aspects of visual merchandising processes and plan/lead transitions, reinventions, and resets to maintain visual integrity.;
Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks delegated by Zone Manager to achieve sales goals and guest engagement.;
Participate in freight processes and stock product in designated areas, maintaining neat, clean zones.;
Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to ensure profitability.;
Coach and train team on visual merchandising priorities and create visual moments that enhance the customer experience.
