Handle and accurately follow standard operating procedures for customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions, including securing cash and negotiable documents;
Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and floor stock/fitting room maintenance;
Maintain knowledge of product, POS instructions, promotions, and advertising materials to assist customers;
Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to ensure a world-class shopping experience;
