Engage with customers and deliver world-class service in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).;
Assist with club fitting and explain features, benefits, and differences of various golf clubs.;
Maintain a premiere stock and visual level in Hard Goods areas; ensure merchandise is presented well.;
Assist front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty rewards, discounts, and promotions.;
Maintain a clean, professional presentation and a safe, operational store environment.
