The Home Depot in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations and ensure fast, friendly, accurate service. You will oversee checkout and returns, monitor Self-Checkout, handle price checks, and approve POS transactions and markdowns across main registers and Pro Desk areas.
You will coach and train cashiers, participate in onboarding, and escalate customer issues as needed to keep shrink low and service levels high. Prior cashier experience is preferred.
