Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 – $75,000

Performance bonus is tied to qualified meetings booked and early-stage pipeline contribution, paid quarterly. No cap.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on outbound sales development role, not a sidelines marketing position. You will own outbound campaigns end‑to‑end: selecting target accounts, writing outreach, testing messaging, following up consistently, and turning interest into qualified sales conversations. If you want to learn sales and demand generation by doing the work for real, you’ll thrive here. If you’re looking for a passive or purely support role, this is not the right fit.

Physical AI is experiencing rapid expansion, and we provide the systems that enable teams to build, test, and deploy faster. You’ll work in a fast‑growing market with real customers, real budgets, and real impact.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Pipeline Creation:
Build targeted account lists across universities, research labs, robotics startups, and enterprise R&D teams. Launch outbound sequences via email, Linked In, and light calling. Follow up professionally with multiple, well‑tracked touches.

Campaign Execution and Iteration:
Write and test messaging weekly including subject lines, openers, and calls to action. Turn funding announcements, hiring signals, Git Hub activity, conferences, and product launches into outbound triggers. Partner with product marketing to translate new releases into clear reasons to talk.

Lead Qualification and Handoff:
Qualify responses using a simple framework including use case, timing, budget range, decision maker, and next step. Book meetings and provide clean context for the sales owner.

CRM Hygiene and Reporting:
Maintain accurate CRM records for contacts, companies, activities, and outcomes. Track conversion metrics and report progress weekly.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days
:
Understand products, customers, and value clearly and launch at least two outbound campaigns.

By 60 Days
:
Consistent weekly meetings from outbound with clear insights into what messaging is working and why.

By 90 Days
:
Predictable pipeline contribution and a repeatable outbound playbook for at least two segments.

Who You Are

Comfortable with repetition and rejection. A clear, concise communicator who sounds credible to technical buyers. Organized, detail‑oriented, and persistent. Curious about robotics and AI and comfortable talking to engineers. Coachable and motivated by measurable progress.

Experience

0–3 years in sales development, outbound demand generation, recruiting, customer success, or similar roles. CRM experience preferred or ability to learn tools quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience selling to technical audiences. Familiarity with robotics, ROS, hardware, or AI tools. Experience with outbound platforms such as Apollo, Hub Spot, Outreach, Salesloft, or Linked In Sales Navigator.
