Inside Sales Representative (IP&E)

• Build and maintain influential customer and supplier relationships.
• Serve customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
• Provide quotations and close sales.
• Develop customer strategy and action plans.
• Plan territory and account activities.
• Support value‑added and supply chain engagements.

• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Experience with interconnect passive electromechanical components.
• Ability to build influential relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Collaborative ability to work with internal and external resources to generate results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• College degree preferred.
• Arrow system experience is a plus.
• Compensation structure: 60% base, 40% commission; base pay posted only.

This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Downers Grove office and two days remote.

Hourly base: $26–$28.80;
On‑Target Earnings: $94,000–$100,000 with commission.
