Inside Sales Representative

Location:

Downers Grove, ILFull-Time | $50,000 - $65,000 Base + Commission and Bonus About the Role We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for qualifying prospects, nurturing opportunities through consistent follow-up, booking appointments, supporting the sales process through to close, and fueling our sales pipeline across divisions including I-Med Claims, PDS, CCM, RPD, and Cybersecurity.

What You Will DoDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.

Conduct warm-calling efforts to engage potential customers and nurture leads.

Oversee telemarketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

Provide ongoing training and support to team members, enhancing their selling skills and product knowledge.

Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

Work with operations team while on boarding new client.

What We Are Looking For 1+ year sales experience

Proven experience with high-volume outbound cold calling and prospecting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet call quotas and follow-up metrics daily

Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and activity

Customer-focused with a drive to build long-term relationships

Self-motivated, resilient, and energized by achieving sales goals

What We Offer $55,000 - $65,000 annual base salary

Commission plus year-end bonus (5% percent of first monthly invoice per client plus year-end incentive)
