Detail-Driven Handyperson (1099 Contractor)
Turnkey Signature Services provides premium property preparation and home services for homeowners and real estate professionals who expect a white-glove, high-finish result.
We’re seeking a craft-minded handyperson who understands that the smallest details separate “done” from “done right.”
Typical Work Includes:- Minor drywall patching + precise touch-up paint
- Hardware installs, blinds/curtains, small assemblies
- Respect for high-end homes (shoe covers, drop cloths, dust control)
- Clean workmanship and spotless jobsite exit
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You provide your own tools/vehicle and are paid per job or agreed hourly.
