Building Maintenance Engineer

As a Building Maintenance Engineer at EMPLOYER-DESC , you will be essential in ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently. This includes the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within our facilities. Your role focuses on maintaining the integrity and functionality of our real estate assets, ensuring they meet safety standards and enhance our tenants' experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Repair and maintain all building components, including structural, cosmetic, and outdoor grounds.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs.
• Implement energy-saving practices and initiatives to minimize utility costs while maintaining comfort.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools.
