Drapery Connection is seeking an experienced Independent Contractor Installer to help bring beautiful window treatment designs to life for our clients. As the final professional our customers meet during their project, you play a key role in creating an exceptional experience and ensuring every installation is completed with precision and care.

• Install a variety of window treatments, including:
  • Hard treatments (blinds, shades, shutters)
  • Soft treatments (draperies, valances, etc.)
  • Motorized window treatment systems
• Provide professional, friendly service in clients' homes
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

• Minimum of 1 year of window treatment installation experience
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely use tall ladders (10'+)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to pass a background check
