Lacey Creek Supportive Living - Downers Grove, IL 60515. Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly.

• Safely operates the Community bus/van to transport residents to scheduled appointments and outings.
• Assists residents on and off the vehicle, including operating the wheelchair lift as needed.
• Escorts residents into and out of appointments, ensuring safe arrival and pickup.
• Maintains a calm, professional demeanor while driving, supporting overall team performance and resident comfort.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bus or vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Completes required forms and documentation for vehicle upkeep and maintenance tracking.
• Receives and tracks resident transportation requests and appointments.
• Coordinates multiple transportation requests per day, accommodating all requests in a reasonable and timely manner.
• Plans and organizes routes to maximize efficiency.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with residents and staff regarding schedules and needs.
• Follows all policies and procedures related to the community transportation program and resident shopping trips.
• Intentionally builds relationships with each resident and their family to provide personalized, attentive service.
• Engages with residents in a genuine, compassionate, and memorable way.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must hold valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 21 years of age preferred with driving record in good standing.
• Prior experience driving a company vehicle for resident transportation activities is preferred.
