Company Description

We are ALCO Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon
. We wear the Amazon uniforms, drive the Amazon branded vehicles, but we are a small independent company based at Amazon's Downers Grove, IL Delivery station DXH6
.

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-300packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day if full-time.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to get in and out of large vehicles 100-200 times daily
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States

Shifts

9AM - 730PM, we operate 7 days a week, weekend work required. 3 DAYWEEKS, 4 DAYWEEKS, 5 DAYWEEKS (OT maybe available during Prime weeks or Holiday Season)

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
