Senior Accountant

We're partnered with a privately held, family-owned diversified company that's been part of the Southern California landscape for more than 80 years - built across multiple generations and a team where people tend to stay and build real careers. Today the platform spans refined petroleum products, recycling, environmental services, transportation, and more, all under one roof.

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to be the anchor of a growing finance team, and this is not a narrow, siloed seat. You'll own day-to-day accounting across three distinct businesses, manage a full month-end and year-end close, and work the kind of multi-entity, multi-site complexity that keeps jobs interesting - intercompany, fixed assets, capital projects, reconciliations, and lease accounting included. You'll also enjoy visibility, mentorship, and a genuine runway to grow from day one.

• A CPA or an active path toward one, and a strong command of GAAP and full-cycle close.
• Experience from public accounting (3+ years) or corporate accounting (5+ years), ideally with manufacturing or industrial exposure.
• Comfort owning reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, and month-end across more than one entity.
• A self-starter's mindset and the flexibility to wear multiple hats on a lean, collaborative team.

Net Suite experience and a background in energy, environmental services, recycling, or manufacturing are a plus, but what matters most is the right foundation and the drive to grow.
