The role acts as a liaison between hospitals, courts and referral sources for clients needing Substance Use Disorder treatment at VOALA facilities, coordinating admissions to SCADP and VOALA programs and coordinating with community partners.
You will monitor daily bed counts, review medical records and ASAM triage, perform referrals triage, and ensure timely admissions while communicating
