As a Superintendent
, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will oversee on‑site construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow within an employee‑owned company.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of on‑site construction for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, updating them regularly throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, self‑performed work, and multi‑prime contractors.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and process requests for clarifications and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Track project costs and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and as‑built drawings.
• Assist Project Managers with change orders, estimating, and project financials.
• Take a leadership role in implementing and enforcing project and company safety plans.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and ensure that progress photos and daily reports are completed promptly.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports for review by internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial or public works construction (preferred).
  • Public Works:
    Municipal Buildings, DSA, Schools, Modernizations, K-12, Higher Education, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and MS Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good judgment and a proactive mindset.
