We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and bilingual (Spanish-English) Front Desk Coordinator to be the friendly face of our dental practice. If you have experience in treatment coordination, billing, or office management, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills into a supportive and rewarding environment. Pay: $25 - $35 per hour

• Experience in dental front desk, treatment coordination, or billing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar efficiently
• Present and explain treatment plans and payment options
• Handle insurance verifications, billing, and patient records
• Support front office operations and maintain a smooth workflow
• Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

Salary based on Experience with performance-based bonuses available.

Jobly Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobly)
