St. Raymond Catholic School is a vibrant TK–8 Catholic school dedicated to forming learners who seek the Truth, excel in all ways, and serve others as Christ did. We are seeking a dedicated, faith-filled, and mission-driven educator to join our faculty as a 7th and 8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher and 7th Grade Homeroom Teacher. The ideal candidate is passionate about literature, writing, critical thinking, and helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally within a Christ-centered learning environment.

• Teach English Language Arts to 7th and 8th grade students.
• Develop engaging lessons aligned with grade-level standards.
• Foster strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
• Create a highly structured and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and families to support student success.
• Support and uphold the Catholic mission and values of St. Raymond School.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Liberal Arts, Education, or a related field required.
• Two or more years of English Language Arts teaching experience required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
