- St. Matthias Academy is seeking a full-time Student Life Coordinator that is enthusiastic, collaborative, organized, and eager to live out PMA’s mission and elevate school spirit. The Student Life Coordinator develops and supervises the student government and student activities program, fostering student leadership, engagement, and school spirit. Responsibilities include advising and supervising Student Council/ASB, coordinating student elections, dances, rallies, Homecoming, Prom, Grad Night, and other school events, as well as managing clubs and their moderators.

The Coordinator oversees ASB finances, fundraising, event contracts, transportation, chaperone assignments, and compliance with school policies and eligibility requirements. The position also provides leadership development opportunities, supports summer student programming and onboarding, and collaborates with faculty, athletics, arts, and other school programs to create meaningful student experiences.

Bachelors Degree
High School Student Life Experience (3 years or more)
Teaching Experience preferred
Practicing Roman Catholic is preferred

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
