Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) – Downey Post Acute
Flagship Therapy is looking for a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) to join our in‑house therapy team at Downey Post Acute in Downey, CA. Downey Post Acute offers long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric outpatient services. The role provides opportunities for training and continuing education in dysphagia, dementia, stroke & neuro‑rehabilitation, and respiratory recovery programs.
Base Pay Range$55.00/hr – $60.00/hr

- Type: PRN (Part‑time as needed)
- Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Speech‑Language Pathology license is required.
