We are hiring a Financial Administrative Representative to join our healthcare team.

In this role, you will assist patients with healthcare coverage programs, verify eligibility, support financial assistance enrollment, and help ensure patients receive the benefits and resources available to them.

• Assess patient eligibility for healthcare assistance programs.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Assist patients with Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered California, COBRA, and financial assistance programs.
• Support patient registration, admissions, and billing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital registration, admitting, patient access, front office, or medical billing.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Medi-Cal Eligibility
  • Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (HPE)
  • Medicare
  • Covered California
  • COBRA
  • Limited Benefit Plans
  • VVC and Uncompensated Care Programs
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Healthcare eligibility and insurance verification experience preferred.
