Job Title:
Administrator (ARF Certified)
Job Type:Full-time
Salary:From $60,000-$70,000/year (DOE)
Location:Multiple Locations

Requirements:

• Must have ARF Certification
• At least 21 years old with GED/high school diploma (college preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Administrator in a Level 4 home
• Strong knowledge of Title 17/22, developmental disabilities, and care regulations
• Ability to manage facility operations, policies, programs, and budgets
• CPR/First Aid certified, with ongoing HIV/TB training every 2 years
• Residential Specialist Certificate and DSP I & II
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and criminal clearance
• PART, CPI, or MAP certified
• Person-Centered Planning experience (or willing to train)
• Physical/TB Test within the Year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned adult residential facilities
• Ensure staff scheduling, training, evaluations, and in-service education
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with Regional Center, Licensing, and other agencies
• Develop and implement individual program plans (IPPs)
• Ensure compliance with health/safety standards, medication protocols, and grievance procedures
• Act as liaison with community and professional services
• Conduct staff and consumer screenings and maintain up-to-date certifications

Education:High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience:2 years as Facility Administrator (required)
Certifications:ARF, First Aid/CPR, CPI (required)
