Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Youth Support Program

Full-Time | Monday-Thursday & Friday | La Verne, CA | Pay: $21.00- $26.00

Our youth support programs emphasize consistency, safety, and strong supervision for Behavior Technicians working with young people who have complex behavioral and emotional needs. As a Behavior Technician, you'll be a stabilizing, trusted presence for youth navigating significant behavioral and emotional challenges. Working under BCBA supervision, you'll implement individualized behavior strategies, respond calmly to escalated moments, and help create the structure and consistency many of these young people haven't had. Your role matters not just for behavioral progress, but for showing up as a steady, caring adult in a young person's day.

• Build trusting, consistent relationships with youth in a structured program setting
• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans for intensive and complex behaviors
• Respond safely and appropriately to challenging moments using CPI techniques
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation
• Collaborate with program staff, educators, and clinical supervisors
• Support youth through transitions, routines, and escalated moments with patience and consistency
• Maintain professionalism and safety awareness in a secure program environment

Hourly Rate: $21.00-$26.00

Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills. Additional compensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the individuals and families we serve.

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior ABA experience required
