** Early Intervention SLPA
** in Downey to provide speech and language therapy in children’s homes, with support and direction from our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.### In This Position, You Will:
* Provide direct speech and language therapy to young children at home
* Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising SLP
* Work with SLPs to complete speech screenings
* Administer and score standardized tests under SLP supervision
* Record client progress and treatment plan adjustments accurately
* Collaborate with our team of SLPs and SLPAs and attend regular team meetings### To Be Considered, You Should Have:
* An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
* A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and on a team with guidance from a licensed SLP
