Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing the hiring process through skills-based assessments to ensure the best talent is brought into our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support skills-based hiring practices.
- Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify hiring needs.
- Coordinate training and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
This position requires full-time availability during the day shift hours of 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Candidate must be adaptable and willing to contribute to a dynamic workplace.
