Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise AI initiatives across business and operational functions. This is a strategic and implementation-focused role responsible for evaluating AI readiness, identifying high-value AI use cases, developing implementation roadmaps, establishing AI governance, delivering proof-of-concepts (POCs), and enabling long-term AI adoption through knowledge transfer and training.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, Generative AI technologies, AI governance frameworks, and cloud-based AI platforms while working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct AI readiness assessments and identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop AI implementation roadmaps and adoption strategies.
  • Design, implement, and oversee AI proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects.
  • Establish AI governance and Responsible AI practices aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, privacy, bias, and quality.
  • Recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and integration approaches.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft Entra .
  • Develop prompt engineering standards, reusable prompt libraries, and AI best practices.
  • Create documentation, training materials, executive presentations, and knowledge-transfer resources.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and AI adoption initiatives.
  • Measure AI adoption, business value, ROI, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with executives, business owners, cybersecurity, infrastructure, project managers, and development teams.
  • Mentor and train technical and non-technical staff on AI capabilities and governance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, Public Administration, Organizational Change Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting initiatives.
  • 3+ years implementing and integrating AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • 2+ years developing AI strategies, readiness assessments, implementation roadmaps, and AI governance recommendations.
  • 2+ years designing and delivering AI POCs, pilots, or production AI implementations.
  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, privacy, security, bias, and human oversight.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and reusable prompt libraries.
  • Experience integrating AI with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra , enterprise applications, and data sources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI.
  • Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted software development tools.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Experience defining AI adoption metrics, KPIs, business value, and ROI.
  • Experience developing enterprise AI standards, templates, and governance documentation.
  • Public sector or government AI implementation experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
