Position

Description:

A Senior Enterprise Architect applies their management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support complex projects in applying organizing principles and methods of enterprise architecture. Methods of enterprise architecture include IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with the business process. This is accomplished through requirements analysis, needs assessments, and selection and implementation of integration strategies including lifecycle sustainability.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will provide subject matter expertise in industry, and have specific knowledge of methods including architect enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management; business process design and re-engineering; investment decision making and support for solution architecture development/management; and support the attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and information technology strategy.

Skills Required:

The Senior Enterprise Architect will possess knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration.

Skills Preferred:

Possess Knowledge and Technical Expertise in SQL Server and Oracle Database; T-SQL (Version 2014 & later): SQL queries development, store procedures, jobs; SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS);
Data warehouse (SQL Server/Oracle);
Power BI Services, Power BI Dashboards, Reports, and Power BI Paginated Reports development and maintenance, Power BI Gateway Server Management, Power BI Row Level Security;
Azure Dev Ops, Git/Git Hub, Python;
Azure Data Factory;
Azure Databricks;
Data pipeline design; development and support ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC; , C#, Python, Control-M, and JSON programming skills;
Agile Methodologies;
Knowledge in Human Resource Domain;
Debugging Skills; and have Interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer services, and problem solving skills with a teamwork attitude and aptitude.

Experience

Required:

This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.

Experience Preferred:

· Minimum Eight (8) years of data engineering experience in IT application integration designing, developing, and maintaining database/BI applications with SQL Server and BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS). 5+ years of experience in PowerBI, Azure Environment from inception to support.

· Minimum Two (2) years of experience in the last six (6) years in designing and developing Applications using , C#, and ASP.Net.

· Minimum Three (3) years of Data Warehouse experience in the last six (6) years with SQL Server and Oracle. Minimum Two (2) years of Human Resource Domain Knowledge in the last six (6) years designing and developing Data Models in Power BI/SQL Server Analysis (SSAS)/Databricks/Azure Synapse using DAX and MDX.

· Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the last six (6) in designing and developing Power BI Paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder.

· Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the last six (6) in implementing advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) to Power BI Dashboards and Report Builder reports.

· Minimum Four (4) years of experience within the last six (6) years in designing & developing SQL queries, debugging & tunning complex queries for optimal performance. Experience in designing and developing Web Focus BI Portals/Dashboards/Reports and Models.

· One (1) year of experience in the last six (6) years with Cognos programs, Report Studio, Query Studio, Active Reports, Workspace Advanced, Dashboards, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Cognos Connection.

· Minimum one (1) year of experience in the last six (6) years in SQL, Azure Cloud, Azure Data, Dev Ops, Configuration Management, Infrastructure Automation, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD), C#, Web API, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Spiral.

Education Required:

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Education Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
