Production Manager, Operations Manager
Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 2nd shift
Benefits:

Salary: $88,773 - $110,966 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities- Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager
- Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and labor OPEX budget review
- Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
- Develops a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback as a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 3+ years of related experience
