Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 2nd shift

Salary: $88,773 - $110,966 plus annual target bonus

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager
• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and labor OPEX budget review
• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
• Develops a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback as a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 3+ years of related experience
