Pre-Operative Readiness High Risk, Registered Nurse; RN

The Pre-Operative Readiness High‑Risk Surgical (including procedural) RN plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care and care coordination for high‑risk surgical patients within the Pre‑Operative Readiness Center. This position ensures patients are thoroughly assessed, prepared, and optimized for surgery, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Pre-Operative Readiness LVNs and pre-surgical NPs. The RN acts as a clinical resource and advocate, promoting patient safety, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting seamless navigation through the pre-operative process to achieve optimal surgical outcomes.
