Compass Palliative Care is seeking a professional LVN to provide in-home patient care across South LA and Central LA, with routes including San Gabriel, Bell, South Gate, Long Beach, West Hollywood, Lincoln Heights, San Pedro and Montebello.
You will drive to patients' homes, monitor conditions, document care, follow care plans, and offer emotional support. Previous hospice LVN experience is preferred but not required.
