Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year

- Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs for manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Develop and implement programs that reduce workplace injuries, vehicle incidents, and environmental risks.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Serve as the facility subject matter expert for OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and environmental regulations.
- Manage environmental compliance programs including wastewater, stormwater, ammonia, asbestos, hazardous materials, and resource conservation initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Partner with facility leadership to identify safety improvement opportunities and deploy best practices.
- Track EHS metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
- Support workers' compensation reviews and return-to-work programs.
- Coordinate permit applications and regulatory interactions with OSHA, EPA, and other agencies.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and leadership teams.
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives.
- Participate on facility crisis management teams during major incidents.
- Support continuous improvement projects and special assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial operations.
- High School Diploma candidates may be considered with 9+ years of directly related EHS experience.
- Strong background in OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and environmental compliance programs.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective action planning.
- Experience managing environmental programs such as wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, and industrial compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver safety training programs across all organizational levels.
- Experience working with workers' compensation, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing EHS metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to operational leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
