Greets guests within 15 minutes of teppan orders and performs entertaining cooking show;
Prepares and cooks a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables according to portion standards and recipes;
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, hibachi tables, and storage; follows FIFO;
Responds to guest requests, provides information about Benihana foods, and ensures guest satisfaction;
Monitors equipment and reports maintenance issues; participates in opening/closing duties
