Base pay $20/hour with potential to earn $25.40/hour through commission and incentives.

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, overcome objections, and resell the value of products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, visual standards, and minimize product losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, communicate effectively, adhere to policy, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.

• Flexible schedule, regular attendance, lifting up to 35 lbs, prolonged standing, moderate noise, strict dress code.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with goal‑ and incentive‑based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, with a desire to exceed sales goals.
• Positive, professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
• 1‑5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1‑3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
