This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborative and able to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective and confident communication, comfortable engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Confidence in educating clients on self‑service banking technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines, adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management; focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; may be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual).
- Adaptability, business acumen, customer and client focus.
- Oral communications, problem solving, account management, client experience, branding, client management, client solutions, advisory, relationship building, business development, pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, referral management.
1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay and BenefitsHourly pay range: $25.00–$26.77, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits are offered; base benefits include paid time off and other standard benefits.
